§ 3.2-501. Declaration by Governor.
The provisions of this chapter shall be effective from the time that theGovernor makes a request pursuant to Section 301 of Public Law 93-288, 42U.S.C. § 5141, until the Governor declares that the effects of the disasterhave been abated.
