§ 3.2-5217. Penalties.

Any violation of the provisions of this article or the regulations adoptedhereunder, or failure to comply with such provisions or regulations, is aClass 1 misdemeanor and punished as provided by law. Each day of such failureor violation shall be a separate offense as such.
