§ 3.2-5227. Sampling to determine butterfat by composite tests.
In sampling milk or cream for composite tests to determine the percent ofbutterfat contained, no such sample or sampling shall be lawful unless asample is taken from each weighing, and the quantity used shall beproportioned to the total weight of the milk or cream tested.
