§ 3.2-5626. Advertisement of commodities in package form.

Whenever a commodity in package form is advertised in any manner and theretail price of the package is stated in the advertisement, there shall be adeclaration of the basic quantity of contents of the package as is requiredby law or regulation to appear on the package. Such declaration shall beclose to, and conspicuously associated with, the statement of price on thepackage.
