§ 3.2-5644. Impersonating Commissioner or sealer.

Any person who shall impersonate in any way the Commissioner, his agent, orany one of the inspectors, or a sealer by the use of his seal or acounterfeit of his seal, or in any other manner, is guilty of a Class 1misdemeanor.
