§ 3.2-5701. Powers of the Board.

The Board may adopt regulations establishing: (i) schedules for theverification of weights or measures standards and calibrating equipment usedby service agencies and service technicians; (ii) fees for the registrationof service agencies and the certification of service technicians; (iii)categories of registration of service agencies and additional requirementsfor such registration; (iv) categories of certification of servicetechnicians and additional requirements for such certification; (v) curriculaof training courses for certification and renewal thereof for servicetechnicians; and (vi) any other provision for the enforcement andimplementation of this chapter, or otherwise necessary or convenient to carryout the purposes of this chapter.
