§ 3.2-5805. Licenses and renewal fees.

Before the issuance of any license as a licensed public weighmaster, or anyrenewal thereof, the applicant shall pay to the Commissioner a fee of $10.Such fees shall be deposited with the State Treasurer to be credited to afund to be used by the Commissioner for the administration of this chapter.
