§ 3.2-5904. Authority of the Commissioner; coyotes.

The Commissioner may enter into agreements with local and state agencies, orother persons for the control of coyotes that pose a danger to agriculturalanimals. The Commissioner shall enter into an agreement with the federalgovernment to reestablish the Virginia Cooperative Coyote Damage ControlProgram.
