§ 3.2-6008. Disposition of quarantined animals with potential to impactlivestock or poultry.

Disposition of quarantined animals, including condemnation, shall bedetermined by the State Veterinarian or his representative after confirmationby diagnostic testing, the results of which shall be provided to the ownerand grower of such animal upon request.
