3.2-6035 - Definitions.

§ 3.2-6035. Definitions.

As used in this article, unless the context requires a different meaning:

"Shooting enclosure" or "enclosure" means any fenced area opencommercially to the public or any private facility where animals are held forthe purpose of being shot.

"Wildlife" means any native or exotic wild animal or bird.
