§ 3.2-6109. Penalties.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of aClass 1 misdemeanor. All amounts paid as fines for violations of thischapter, when collected by the proper authority, shall be transmitted to theDepartment and deposited in the state treasury.
