§ 3.2-6513. Inclusion of false or misleading statements in certificateviolation of Consumer Protection Act.

It shall be a violation of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (§ 59.1-196et seq.) for a pet dealer to include in the pet dealer's animal historycertificate provided for in § 3.2-6512 any false or misleading statementregarding the information to be contained therein.
