§ 3.2-6536. Payment of license tax subsequent to summons.

Payment of the license tax subsequent to a summons to appear before a courtfor failure to pay the license tax within the time required shall not operateto relieve such owner from the penalties or court costs provided under §16.1-69.48:1 or 17.1-275.7.
