§ 3.2-711. Costs of administration; reimbursements to Commonwealth.

Costs of administering this law shall be borne by the Commonwealth. The costsfor services, products, or articles that the Commissioner determines arebeyond the reasonable scope of the law, shall be paid by the persons affectedto the State Treasurer. The Commissioner shall cause all reimbursements to bepromptly credited to the State fund from which expended, regardless of thedate the costs were incurred or collected.
