§ 3.2-730. Disposition of payments to Commonwealth.

The department, agency, or officer expending or becoming liable for anexpenditure on account of a control or eradication program undertaken orintensified pursuant to the compact shall have credited to his account in thestate treasury the amount or amounts of any payments made to the Commonwealthto defray the cost of such program, or any part thereof, or as reimbursementthereof.
