§ 30-153. Codification of rules of evidence.

The Commission shall have the responsibility for drafting rules of evidencefor introduction into the General Assembly in accordance with therecommendations of the Supreme Court as provided in subsection E of § 8.01-3.All other sections of the Code of Virginia relating to evidentiary mattersshall be revised to the extent necessary.
