§ 30-34.12. Powers and duties of Director.

The Director of the Division of Legislative Automated Systems shall, underthe direction and control of the Committees on Rules of the House ofDelegates and the Senate acting jointly, exercise such powers and performsuch duties as are conferred or imposed by law upon him; and he shall performsuch other duties as may be required of him by the Committees on Rules of theHouse of Delegates and the Senate acting jointly.
