§ 30-231.10. Chairman's executive summary of activity and work of theCommittee.

The chairman shall submit to the General Assembly and the Governor an annualexecutive summary of the interim activity and work of the Committee no laterthan the first day of each regular session of the General Assembly. Theexecutive summary shall state whether the Committee intends to submit to theGeneral Assembly and the Governor a report of its findings andrecommendations for publication as a state document. The executive summaryshall be submitted as provided in the procedures of the Division ofLegislative Automated Systems for the processing of legislative documents andreports and shall be posted on the General Assembly's website.
