§ 30-231.9. Staff support; State Council of Higher Education to advise andassist Committee.
The Office of the Clerk of the chairman of the Committee shall provideadministrative staff support. The Division of Legislative Services shallprovide legal, research, policy analysis and other services as requested bythe Committee. The State Council of Higher Education, consistent with itsstatutory responsibilities for higher education in the Commonwealth, shalladvise and provide technical assistance to the Committee in theimplementation and administration of the Program, in accordance with theprovisions of this chapter and in the manner as may be requested by theCommittee. All agencies of the Commonwealth shall provide assistance to theCommittee, upon request.
