§ 30-250. Annual budget.

The Commission shall annually adopt a budget, which shall include theCommission's estimated expenses for administration and operation. Inestablishing the annual current expense budget, the Commission shall balancetotal expenses against the Commission's estimate of revenues from allsources, either previously appropriated by a signatory state or receivablefrom any person or governmental agency by contract or grant with that personor governmental agency. The chairman of the Commission shall certify to therespective signatories, and submit to persons in other governmental agencies,statements of the amounts requested from them in accordance with existingcost-sharing established by this Agreement or by the parties. The chairman ofthe Commission shall transmit certified copies of such budgets to theprincipal budget officer of the respective signatory parties at such time andin such manner as may be required under their respective budgetary procedures.
