30-252 - Modification.
§ 30-252. Modification.
This Agreement shall not be amended or modified except with the concurrenceof the legislatures of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the state of Maryland,and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Amendments shall not become effectiveuntil adopted in the same manner as the original Agreement.
