§ 30-255. Governor to execute agreement.

The Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia is authorized and directed to:(i) execute and deliver, on behalf of the Commonwealth, all agreements andmodifications of agreements that relate to the Chesapeake Bay Commission; and(ii) take those actions that may be necessary to effectuate the Agreement.
