§ 31-9. Termination of guardianship.

Unless the guardian dies, is removed, or resigns the guardianship, he shallcontinue in office until the minor attains the age of majority or, in thecase of testamentary guardianship, until the termination of the periodlimited therefor. At the expiration of the guardianship, he shall deliver andpay all the estate and money in his hands, or with which he is chargeable, tothe person entitled to receive the same.
