§ 32.1-13.1. Health policy responsibilities.

The Board of Health may direct the Department to inform it regarding healthcare policy and financing concerns through such studies as the Board may deemnecessary and appropriate to be conducted. The Board may make recommendationsconcerning health care policy to the Governor, the General Assembly, and theSecretary of Health and Human Resources.
