§ 32.1-26. Orders; hearing and notice.

The Board is authorized to issue orders to require any person to comply withthe provisions of any law administered by it, the Commissioner or theDepartment or any regulations promulgated by the Board or to comply with anycase decision, as defined in § 2.2-4001, of the Board or Commissioner. Anysuch order shall be issued only after a hearing with at least thirty days'notice to the affected person of the time, place and purpose thereof. Suchorder shall become effective not less than fifteen days after mailing a copythereof by certified mail to the last known address of such person. Theprovisions of this section shall not affect the authority of the Board toissue separate orders and regulations to meet any emergency as provided in §32.1-13.
