§ 32.1-344. State/Local Hospitalization Program.

There is hereby established within the Department of Medical AssistanceServices the State/Local Hospitalization Program for indigent persons. Withsuch funds as are appropriated for this purpose, the Director of theDepartment of Medical Assistance Services is authorized to administer thisprogram and to expend state and local funds in accordance with the provisionsof this chapter.
