§ 32.1-362. Audit.
The accounts of the Foundation shall be audited annually by the Auditor ofPublic Accounts, or his legally authorized representatives. Copies of theannual audit shall be distributed to the Governor and to the Chairmen of theHouse Committee on Appropriations and the Senate Committee on Finance.
