§ 32.1-45. Expense of treatment.

Except as specifically provided by law, the provisions of this chapter shallnot be construed as relieving any individual of the expense, if any, of anytreatment, including any person who is subject to an order of isolationissued pursuant to Article 3.01 (§ 32.1-48.01 et seq.) of this chapter or anorder of quarantine or an order of isolation issued pursuant to Article 3.02(§ 32.1-48.05 et seq.) of this chapter.
