§ 32.1-73. Failure to comply with provisions; grounds for revocation oflicense or permit.

The failure of any physician, nurse or midwife to comply with the provisionsof § 32.1-60, § 32.1-62 or § 32.1-65 shall, in addition to any other penaltyprescribed by law, constitute grounds for revocation of the license or permitof such physician, nurse or midwife by the board issuing such license orpermit.
