§ 32.1-78. Reporting information about children with health problems orhandicapping conditions.

Notwithstanding § 32.1-271 or any other law to the contrary, the Commissionershall report to the Superintendent of Public Instruction or to theappropriate school division superintendent within the Commonwealth theidentity of, and pertinent information about, children with health problemsor handicapping conditions which might affect the child's career in schooland his need for special education.
