§ 32.1-92.1. Funding of certain abortions where pregnancy results from rapeor incest.

From the moneys appropriated to the Department from the general fund, theBoard shall fund abortions for women who otherwise meet the financialeligibility criteria of the State Medical Assistance Plan in any case inwhich a pregnancy occurs as a result of rape or incest and which is reportedto a law-enforcement or public health agency.
