§ 32.1-102.1:1. Equipment registration required.

Within thirty calendar days of becoming contractually obligated to acquireany medical equipment for the provision of cardiac catheterization, computedtomographic (CT) scanning, stereotactic radiosurgery, lithotripsy, magneticresonance imaging (MRI), magnetic source imaging (MSI), open heart surgery,positron emission tomographic (PET) scanning, radiation therapy, stereotacticradiotherapy, proton beam therapy, or other specialized service designated bythe Board by regulation, any person shall register such purchase with theCommissioner and the appropriate regional health planning agency.
