§ 32.1-102.8. Enjoining project undertaken without certificate.

On petition of the Commissioner, the Board or the Attorney General, thecircuit court of the county or city where a project is under construction oris intended to be constructed, located or undertaken shall have jurisdictionto enjoin any project which is constructed, undertaken or commenced without acertificate or to enjoin the admission of patients to the project or toenjoin the provision of services through the project.
