§ 32.1-130. Service charges.

A. A service charge of $1.50 per patient bed for which the hospital ornursing home is licensed, but not less than $75 nor more than $500, shall bepaid for each license upon issuance and renewal. The service charge for alicense for a hospital or nursing home which does not provide overnightinpatient care shall be $75.

B. All service charges received under the provisions of this article shall bepaid into a special fund of the Department and are appropriated to theDepartment for the operation of the hospital and nursing home licensure andinspection program.
