§ 32.1-134.3. Response to applications for clinical privileges.

Whenever a podiatrist or certified nurse midwife licensed as a nursepractitioner makes application to any hospital for clinical privileges, thehospital shall either approve or disapprove the application within 120calendar days after it has received all necessary information to make adetermination as provided in § 32.1-134.2 from the practitioner.
