§ 32.1-137. Certification of medical care facilities under Title XVIII ofSocial Security Act.

The Board shall constitute the sole agency of the Commonwealth to enter intocontracts with the United States government for the certification of medicalcare facilities under Title XVIII of the United States Social Security Actand any amendments thereto and with the Virginia Department of MedicalAssistance Services for the certification of medical care facilities underTitle XIX of the United States Social Security Act and any amendments thereto.
