§ 32.1-138.10. Expiration; renewal.

Each certificate of registration shall expire on the second anniversary ofits effective date unless the certificate of registration is renewed for atwo-year term as provided in this section. The Department shall renew thecertificate of registration for an additional two-year term if the applicantis otherwise entitled to the certificate of registration, pays to theDepartment the renewal fee set by regulations, submits to the Department arenewal application on a form prescribed by the Department, submitssatisfactory assurances of compliance with the requirements of this articleand updates information on file with the Department pursuant to this section.
