§ 32.1-138.7. Certificates of registration required; issuance;transferability; regulations.

A private review agent may not conduct utilization reviews in theCommonwealth unless the Department has granted the private review agent acertificate of registration. The Department shall issue a certificate ofregistration to an applicant that has met the minimum standards required bythis article and applicable regulations of the Department. A certificate ofregistration issued under this article is not transferable.
