§ 32.1-162.15. Violation; penalties.

Any person owning, establishing, conducting, maintaining, managing oroperating a home care organization which is not licensed as required by thisarticle shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony. The Commissioner may request theOffice of the Attorney General to petition the circuit court of thejurisdiction in which the nonlicensed home care organization is located foran injunction to cause such nonlicensed home care organization to ceaseproviding services.
