§ 32.1-166. Agreements with federal agencies.

The Board may enter into an agreement with any appropriate federal agency toregulate and monitor the collection, transportation, conveyance, treatmentand disposal of sewage from common carriers or at federal facilities pursuantto the Public Health Service Act, United States Public Law 78-410, and anyother applicable federal law.
