§ 32.1-173.1. Increase in charges to finance required changes.

Any owner required to make any change, alteration or improvement in itswaterworks or water supply may increase its charges for water to finance ordefray the cost of such change, alteration or improvement and any extra costsincident to the maintenance and operation thereof.
