§ 32.1-175.1. Notice to local government.

A. Upon issuing a notice of violation of any provision of regulationpromulgated pursuant to this article to the owner of a waterworks or watersupply, the Commissioner shall simultaneously notify the chief administrativeofficer or his designee of the county, city or town in which such waterworksor water supply is located.

B. Spotsylvania County is authorized to enact an ordinance requiring theowner of any waterworks or water supply located in the county to provide thechief administrative officer of the county with the results of all testsperformed on such waterworks or water supply.
