§ 32.1-218. Fees.

The Board shall set the annual fees imposed for licenses and permits issuedpursuant to this article. All fees collected shall be deposited and held bythe Department in a separate fund, from which shall be paid all expendituresnecessary in carrying out the provisions of this article.
