§ 32.1-229.01:1. Action for damages.

Any person who engages or otherwise uses the radon screening, testing, ormitigation services of a person misrepresenting his proficiency listing toconduct such services as described in § 32.1-229.01 may bring an action torecover the greater of (i) actual damages sustained, together with costs andreasonable attorneys' fees, or (ii) $100.
