§ 32.1-229.2. Costs of inspection conducted by Health Department; fees to beused to support program.

In order to minimize competition with the private sector, the fee scheduledeveloped by the Board for routine inspections of X-ray machines byDepartment of Health inspectors shall include all reasonable costs of suchinspections.
