§ 32.1-276.10. Chapter and actions thereunder not to be construed as approvalof charges or costs.

Nothing in this chapter or the actions taken by the Board pursuant to any ofits provisions shall be construed as constituting approval by theCommonwealth or any of its agencies or officers of the reasonableness of anycharges made or costs incurred by any health care provider.
