§ 33.1-10. Salaries and expenses; how paid.

All salaries and expenses shall be paid from the state treasury out of theannual appropriation for the Commonwealth Transportation Board. Warrants forsuch salaries and expenses shall be issued by the Comptroller on certificatesof the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner to the parties entitledthereto, and shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of the fundsappropriated for that purpose.
