§ 33.1-141. Amount to be set aside annually for fund.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, from all funds available to theCommonwealth Transportation Board for highway purposes, and after the cost ofadministration but before any of such funds are distributed and allocated forany road or street purposes the Board shall set aside a minimum of fivemillion dollars each year of the 1968-1970 biennium for the HighwayRight-of-Way Fund and each year thereafter may set aside such funds as theBoard deems necessary and desirable to carry out the purpose of the fund.
