§ 33.1-142. Deposit in fund of amount expended in acquisition of properties.

Whenever, after acquisition of any property under this article, theCommonwealth Transportation Board proceeds with the construction of a highwayproject which will require the use of any of the property so acquired, theBoard shall deposit in the Highway Right-of-Way Fund, from other fundsavailable, the amount expended to pay the cost of such properties.
