§ 33.1-163.1. Recordation of order of abandonment of roads or rail crossingsby counties.

A certified copy of any order of abandonment of any road or rail crossing byany county adopted pursuant to Article 11 (§ 33.1-150 et seq.) or 12 (§33.1-156 et seq.) of this chapter shall be recorded and indexed in the deedbook in the name of the county as grantor, where record title to theunderlying fee is not known, in the office of the clerk of court in thecounty where such road or rail crossing is located in the name of the countyentering such order.
